Multiple packaging possibilities from bag forming to packing one or more bags in the carton to orderly introduction by robot. Offering numerous applications to complement the system, from forming the box to sealing it with adhesive tape to checking the overall weight using a scale.
Functioning
The bag insertion group is the solution for whom is looking for a system to load multiple bags, already filled and sealed, inside one box and it is usually supplied along with our bagging machines.
This system takes the bags and lie them on a conveyor belt which settle the products inside before the insertion into the carton. Finally, a retractable belt let them fall the set number of bags inside the box.
