The tape banding machine BS 70 finds its position in the confectionery field,
especially in the packaging of chocolates and candies, but it is also suitable for applying the self-adhesive tape on each type of box with an irregular shape. Grandi’s seal-banding machine ensure maximum reliability and their service life is unlimited!
Functioning
The tape banding machine BS 70 finds its position in the confectionery field, especially in the packaging of chocolates and candies, but it is also suitable for applying the self-adhesive tape on each type of box with an irregular shape. It is powered by brushless motors to satisfy high-speed productions and fast electronic size changeovers, assuring always a perfect sticking of the tape around the box. This line receives the boxes already assembled from a feeding belt, then a special taping group driven by servomotors seals them and inserts the piece of neutral paper to make the opening easier. Everything is done at the speed of 70 boxes/ minute. The same machine can also pack boxes of different shapes
(rectangular, squared, oval, heart, etc.)
