PP/G stacking unit

Cartons coming from the production line are taken from the stratifier feed belt.
At the end of the feed belt, a pusher, working orthogonally to the direction of arrival of the cartons, moves a few at a time on a descender. As soon as the cases are received, the descender lowers to create space for a new floor. These operations are repeated until the set number of layers is created.
When the ‘stacking operation is finished, another pusher moves the created stacks onto the stack conveyor belt, while more cases are coming in to be layered.
The stack conveyor belt takes care of getting them out of the stacker to be packed later
